					<description>I was stuck one time where the person in from of me was the project manager for the Web site, but he has no decision power on giving the job. The project has to be presented to a commitee and vote on before I could get the job.

As much as I want to ask for the job, I was blocked, I guess the committee decide on doing otherwise than investing on a Web page. I tried call back and reminder letters, but I haven't been recontacted even once.

Since the deciding people isn't in front of you, how can I have better handle this?
