TIP: The podcast feed info that Apple iTunes is using (and pushing to an iPod) has a heap of extra content that is not usefull - eg all the info about how to get the podcast. Can you shrink this down to just a quick overview about what on the particular show?

But I can’t find a more tender and kind way to put this … most of the world can not understand Strine and many won’t bother with trying. That young lady who introed the ‘cast is not for the international audience. You’re voice is lower and you speak slower so you’re not hard to understand at all, but it was bloody hard to understand what she was saying, even… way too much ‘peppy enthusiasm’ and way too little diction and careful enunciation.

And from a tech standpoint the sound quality seemed great .. but the investment in the pro-quality mic didn’t seem to change much at all … sorry … but I’m sure down the pike the mixer especially will come in handy.

I’m having the intro made up as I write this (I asked an audio company to do it 7 months ago - still waiting). Along with 2 breaks. That’ll make 3 clear sections (great minds think alike). I’ve planned out the show a little better and with the addition of a 2nd person, think the show will be professional and much, much easier to listen to.

Look forward to implementing the changes.

Any presentation like this is going to sound boring if the listener is not vitally interested. The subject matter doesn’t lend itself well to catchy tunes and dancing girls. It’s great to me that you spend the time talking ’straight from the shoulder’ about things you’ve really done. So don’t mess about too much with the format.

To make the presentations more effective though, you might break each one into three discreet sections, though. Section 1, need only be a minute’s worth: The major points we’ll cover today (suggest no more than 3)

Part 2: the body of the presentation, point 1, point 2, point 3.

Final section .. again need nor be more that a minute or two: Summation, “today here’s the three main points and the resources I mentioned”.

This may sound a bit simplistic but I used to teach technical subjects for a living. The rule always was: tell them what you are going to tell them, tell them, and then tell them what you told them.

Great cast, though i find the part about finding the right product handled very superficial (?).
I am really willing to go out and do something (start this business) but finding the right product for one is really hard, but then finding a supplier… How do you do that? Where can you find suppliers for this product? Where do i start with that?
Do you find a supplier in your own country, or world wide (and again how and where do you find them)?
What kind of deal do you make with the supplier, do you order a 1000 pieces in advance or order once a week depending on the amount of orders. But then if you have a foreighn supplier it takes very long before being able to send it to the customer…

I hope you understand my problem/question about this 5000$ a day story.
Could you please give me a bit more insight in how to get this done…?
